About this notice
This notice covers the BizyBots launch website and its signup form. The website is operated by BizyBots Inc..
What we collect
When you join the launch list, we collect your email address. If you choose the launch text option, we also collect your mobile number. We record your communication choices, the consent text shown to you, the signup source, and a timestamp. A number entered without text consent is not saved to our subscriber service.
How we use it
We use your email to confirm your registration and send BizyBots launch news. If you opt in to the demo, our BizyBots application will text your stored number on launch day to start a live demo conversation, and reply as you try it. We do not text you before launch. We send ongoing email tips and promotions only if you choose that separate option. Joining the email list does not require text consent.
Services that process your information
We use Sender to manage subscriber records and communications, and Hostinger to host this website. If Sender cannot save a signup, we keep it in a private database on our hosting server for later transfer to Sender. The backup record includes your contact details and communication choices. These providers process information to operate their services. Data may be processed outside your country. We do not sell the contact information submitted through this form.
Cookies and technical information
This website does not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers, or browser storage. The server temporarily processes your IP address to limit abusive form submissions. It does not include your contact details in application logs. Hosting providers may process technical logs to operate and protect their services.
Keeping and deleting information
We retain subscriber information while managing the communications you requested. You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in each email, and reply STOP to the launch text to opt out. We may retain a limited suppression record so we can continue to respect an opt-out.
